Platform Steel Gratings are new building materials used in construction of power plants, boilers, shipbuilding, petrochemical, chemical and general plant room, municipal construction and other industries. Welded steel bar grating is resistance welded to create a rugged, one-piece constructed panel. The bearing bars are automatically resistance welded at the contact point with the cross bars and, under a combination of high heat and pressure, are fused together to form a permanent joint. The cross bars provide a high degree of rigidity, yet retain a smooth flat surface for free and easy walking.

Standard grating panels are 3 ft. wide x either 20 ft. or 24 ft. long. Panels are painted black; one end is untrimmed.

Requirements to packing:
The supplier shall deliver goods in container, packing and with preservation which shall provide full protection of the goods from damages and corrosion when transporting by any kind of transport, taking into account repeated transshipments and transportation by sea, as well shall provide a safety of the goods and documentation at storage during 24 months from the moment of shipment under influence of tropical environmental conditions. The goods shall be packed so that it could not move in container when changing its position.
